pull the wrist down are called wrist flexors.They begin at a common tendon
attachment on the inside bump of the elbow called the medial epicondyle.

The recommended
treatment for medial epicondylitis is similar to that for lateral
epicondylitis (tennis elbow), except that "golfer's elbow" occurs inside
of the elbow instead of the outside.
